Nie: (Foreign Identity Number).
It is a personal and exclusive identity number that all foreign nationals must have in Spain for identification and tax purposes. We will help you obtain this document from the Direccion General de la Policia, we need a power of attorney from you to obtain your Nie number.

Bank account in Spain:
If you want a bank account in Spain for payments by direct debit etc. that can be good and convenient to have, we will help you with that.

Power of attorney:
To be able to help you apply for a Nie number and if you want a bank account and also represent you in the documents that we must sign in a purchase of a home, we therefore need a power of attorney with powers for these acts. You can write a power of attorney in Spain if you are here, but you can also write the power of attorney in your country of origin with a notary or at the embassy.
