Many of our clients wants regular inspections of their property, we do that for you.
We can offer you different arrangements of inspections of your property, some clients just want once a month and others want several times per month.
When we do an inspection, we always check for humidity, we check the electricity, take care of the mailbox (to make it look like someone lives there), we look for pests (cockroaches, ants etc.), flushing the toilets, puts on the water in the showers and basins to avoid smell from the pipes etc.
If it is any bigger problems in the property, we always contact our handyman to fix the problems to keep your home in perfect conditions.
